General Questions

Our artists create quick, freehand designs with glitter or UV paint predominately on the face or arms, but we’ve been known to create on other areas - chests, stomachs, even ankles too! If your event has a theme then we can create specific designs in keeping with it or we can create some mood boards and brainstorm some ideas with you beforehand to create a bespoke service for your event.
It really depends on the type of event and we would be able to advise better if we know how many other features of entertainment you have, the set up of the event and if there are any specific designs you require. We generally suggest 1 artist per 100 people. Our artists work quickly and by roaming around the room and can get through lots of people at a fast pace. If you would like us to create more elaborate and specific designs that take more time or you want to make more of a feature of our services then 2 or more artists would be advised.
Not a lot at all! That’s the beauty of the roaming trays – we don’t need a dedicated area. We simply set up our tray with everything we need and roam around the event coming directly to your guests. If you would prefer a stationary service then you will need to provide a small table and 2 chairs. We do require somewhere safe to store our belongings as well as glitter and paint supplies if we need to restock during the event.
Our Glitter & Glo artists come with our bespoke roaming tray that contains unlimited amounts of glitter, gems and UV paint. They also come with a big smile and balls of energy to add to the party spiring and get everyone involved in our sparkly, bright action!
We have a minimum 2 hour booking per artist. The time you need can vary depending on the event schedule, running time of the event and amount of guests in attendance. 2 hour artist time is recommended for events lasting 3 hours - this is enough time to get some sparkle and fun on everyone’s faces! 3 or more hours for longer running events or more in depth body art for guests.
There may be a travel cost additional to the fee, depending on where your event is located. Usually events in London won’t incur any travel cost. Please contact us with the location of your event and we can quote this for you.
A 40% deposit is required to secure all bookings. After we have received your enquiry and you are happy with the quote we will issue a booking contract to be confirmed easily online and then the invoice for the deposit will follow. Once the contract is confirmed and the deposit has been paid your artist booking is secure. The remaining balance can either be paid directly to the artist on the night of the event or settled in advance. We accept payment via BACS or can take card payments for booking deposits.
We can also provide henna artists, hair braiders, glitter tattoos, metallic tattoos or create bespoke pamper stations for your events. These services aren’t roaming and costs may vary. Corporate Events

Absolutely! We offer a bespoke service and would be more than happy to create some mood boards of design ideas based around your company branding or just in keeping with the theme of your event. We can also make up custom stencils with your company logo to make application quicker and easier while still keeping flexibility with materials used (paint or glitter) as well as colour choice for each guest.
Absolutely not! Glitter beards go down a treat thorough the year, not just at Christmas! Our UV painting is also popular for the guys and can easily be washed off in the bathroom if they change their mind at the time.
We have our own branded Glitter & Glo T-shirts but if you would rather we just wore black or your own branding then that is absolutely fine!
We are super persuasive and specialised in getting people relaxed to let their hair down a little. We often find once the first guest partakes in the fun then the rest soon follow!
All our materials are easily washed out of garments and will not stain.

We offer a bespoke service and love to put our thinking caps on and come up with unique concepts for our clients! We can create mood boards of designs based around your launch or event and adapt our services to any theme. We can also make up custom stencils with specific visuals or logos to make application quicker and easier while still keeping flexibility with materials used and colour.
